Supporting Sports
for the Intellectually Disabled

The Association is an umbrella organization for sports organizations for people with intellectual disabilities. It supports the involvement of children and adults with severe/multiple intellectual disabilities or Down's Syndrome, who haven't had the opportunity to participate in sports for so long. The development of environments that help facilitate daily exercise and projects that promote understanding and awareness for disabled sports is a part of that mission.

In November 2021, we provided freeze-dried rice and ready-to-eat curry as food support for the players and staff at the "Japan National Soccer Team Candidate Training Camp for the Mentally Challenged".
From November of the same year to January of the following year, we provided instant chazuke to a challenge tournament hosted by the Aichi FID Basketball Federation. These were used as participation prizes for the players.
