The Introduction of Teleworking
Nagatanien HD and Nagatanien have introduced a telecommuting system in April 2019 as part of our reform of the way we work.
The purpose of this system is to improve work productivity by reducing time lost due to travel, such as commuting to work or going out of the office, and securing blocks of time to concentrate on tasks at hand. We are also promoting the use of satellite offices and digital tools to create an environment in which employees can work efficiently and flexibly by combining working from home, and coming to the office.

Support Leave System
Since 2009, Nagatanien HD and Nagatanien have introduced a family vacation system that allows employees to take up to two days off per year to celebrate their birthdays with their families or to attend entrance ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, or class observations held on weekdays. In July 2019, the name was changed to "Support Leave" to allow employees to use it for volunteer activities and self-development, and the number of days taken has increased from two to four days per year. We will continue our efforts to create a workplace where employees can balance their work and personal lives that better caters to diverse lifestyles.
