The Nagatanien Group is implementing a variety of initiatives to enable a diverse range of employees to work with vigor and enthusiasm.
Promotion of Women's Paricipation
Nagatanien has formulated The General Employer Action Plan (Phase 2) based on the Women's Advancement Promotion Law, with the aim of enabling women to bring their diverse values and abilities and play a more active role in the company.

The percentage of women in management and leadership positions is low.
While there is no difference in the length of service between men and women, the ratio of women in management positions has only improved by 4 percentage points (from 6% to 10%) over the past 5 years.

- Promote the development of a workplace environment where diverse employees can play an active role while developing diverse careers.
4. Details of efforts to achieve targets

- Conduct interviews that allow for individual career development and growth/nurturing images, and provide support.

- Promotion of utilization of existing systems and revision of existing systems for promoting active participation

- Create rules that facilitate the use of existing systems to promote their utilization.

- Management skill development training to appropriately motivate subordinates and draw out their abilities.
In November 2021 and October 2022, respectively, Muginoho(now DAY TO LIFE) and Nagatanien received the "Eruboshi Certification (3 stars)" for their proactive efforts to create an environment and culture in which women can play an active role. The "Eruboshi Certification" is awarded to companies that have made excellent efforts to promote women's activities based on the Law Concerning the Promotion of Active Roles for Women in Vocational Life (Law for the Promotion of Active Roles for Women).
