Nagatanien Holdings respects its stakeholders and seeks to build long-term relationships of trust that will lead to corporate development. To this end, we recognize that accelerating the speed of management's decision-making and enhancing management supervisory are integral to business. In addition, we have introduced a "Corporate Auditor System" to clarify the separation of the functions of strategy formulation and business supervision from those of business execution. We have long adopted the Corporate Auditor System. In addition to attending meetings of the Board of Directors and other important meetings, corporate auditors actively investigate not only the operations and assets of Nagatanien Holdings, but also those of its group companies.
